It is strongly advised that customers check on the products received at the time of delivery to avoid any possible disputes.

 

CatSmart will only accept exchange/return for products within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following circumstances:

•             The Product was delivered in a damaged condition or has passed its expiry date.

•             The Product has a manufacturer defect.

•             The wrong Product was delivered.

A refund will only be applicable in the event where there are no replacements for the product ordered.
