The handy feeder holds food in two separate sections, each with a timer you can set up to 48 hours in advance.  After you set the timer, the lid will lift and allow your pet to access the food at the scheduled time.

The timer runs on a 48-hour cycle so you can adjust it however you like to suit your pet's eating or snacking habits. Set the timer for the requested interval until the next automatic feeding time. Example: You set the timer at 8 a.m. because you want your pet to be fed automatically at 7 p.m. Enter 11, as 11 hours are left until the requested feeding time. The maximum possible interval is 48 hours. Set both to open at the same time for multi-pet feeding or stagger the times to feed one pet twice while you’re away. It comes with two ice packs to keep wet food fresh for longer and runs on 2 AA batteries (not included).

It's important that you don't overfill the 300m X 2 feeder to prevent overfeeding. Keep an eye on the feeder’s food level.
